Chemical engineer who did PhD research characterizing micro-engineered hydroxyapatite membranes with antimicrobial coatings for orthopedic implants. 


Specialties:  familiar with the theory and application of scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), atomic force microscopy (AFM), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), X-ray diffraction (XRD), zeta potential measurements, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and Ultraviolet-Visible Spectroscopy (UV-Vis).
